About this experience
Three minutes from Puerta del Sol, this unique tablao has all the trimmings of a fine night in the making! Not only is Essential Flamenco centrally located, it takes place in a cave made of old bricks. Watch the musicians live on a small stage, with exceptional acoustics. There are no speakers or microphones - everything you hear is amplified by the cave-like setting.
With one complimentary drink on entry, you can choose a delicious sangria, wine, beer, a soft drink or juice.
Five minutes before the show starts, you'll enter the vaulted cave for an introductory talk about the beginnings of Flamenco, its roots and history. With a new understanding of the context of the dance, the passion, gestures and faces during the performance, it's time to make new memories at the toe-tapping 1-hour show.
