About this experience
Prepare for a day exploring history, mystery, and local cuisine, which begins with hotel pickup to reach the Giza Pyramids.
See the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos, click a photo with the Sphinx, and visit the Valley Temple where King Chephren was mummified with a knowledgeable Egyptologist guide.
Enjoy a 2.5-hour drive and then stop for lunch at a local restaurant (beverages not included). Then, head 27 km southwest to Sakkara to see the Step Pyramid of King Zoser, an early pyramid.
End the day by visiting Memphis City (ancient Egypt's capital), the statue of Ramses II, the Alabaster Sphinx, and return to the hotel.
