Educate yourself with a tour of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Auschwitz-Birkenau. This ex-Nazi concentration camp was a dark place of oppression and tragedy during World War II, claiming over a million lives.
Today, Auschwitz stands as a monument to the victims of the Holocaust. To pay homage to these victims, visit the *Death Wall*, strewn with vibrant flowers, as well as the gas chambers, crematoriums, and preserved ruins.
