About this experience
Visit an ethical elephant sanctuary in Phuket, co-founded by elephant experts Kong from Thailand and Louise Rogerson from the UK, open since December 2023.
Walk through a forest in Chalong, where you will find eight rescued elephants who previously worked in logging and riding industries. Watch how they form natural herds, restoring social bonds.
Feed the elephants respectfully, walk with them, learn about their history, and observe them as they roam, bathe, and socialize.
End your tour with a vegetarian or vegan Thai buffet at the forest restaurant, overlooking the ponds where the elephants cool off and throw mud.
